2007 Rodman 1250 with twin Volvo IPS 500 inboard diesel engines. ‘Tru Blu’ is a superbly equipped and extensively maintained Rodman 1250, offering an outstanding blend of offshore performance, comfort and fishing capability.
Powered by twin Volvo IPS 500 diesels producing 370hp each, Tru Blu benefits from dual IPS helm stations, automatic Bennett trim tabs and a comprehensive package of recent maintenance. The IPS drives have received attention in 2026, including oils, filters, anodes and earth cables, while the starboard starter motor and both relay systems were upgraded in July 2026. Engine oils, diesel filters and pre-filters were renewed in September 2026, and the 3.5kVA Ferryman diesel generator was also serviced with new oil and filter.
The spacious cockpit is particularly well suited to fishing or entertaining, with Permateek decking throughout, electric windlass, cockpit shower, bait tank, bait boxes, freezer in the lazarette, seating and cushions, plus a cockpit Bimini.
Inside, she offers six berths in two cabins, with beige upholstery, wooden flooring, Eberspacher diesel heating, quiet-flush electric freshwater toilet, refrigerator, hot water, pressure water, stereo and a 240V microwave. Modern two-tone touch cabin lighting adds a smart finishing touch.
Navigation is comprehensive, with Raymarine plotters at both helm stations, Quantum radar, ST60 Tridata, DSC VHF, AIS and a Garmin 7412 XSV fish finder with dual CHIRP transducers.
Tru Blu is a highly capable, ready-to-enjoy Rodman 1250 with a strong inventory and substantial recent investment. An excellent choice for serious cruising, fishing and extended time afloat.
