RBS Marine are delighted to be attending the inaugural ‘BOAT FEST SOUTH’, the weekend of 25th and 26th April, and will be displaying for the first time in the UK a new Rodman 790 Ventura SD along side a Rodman Spirit 31 Outboard.

BOAT FEST SOUTH is one of three ‘BOAT FEST’ events running this spring, with other events running in Chester (BOAT FEST NORTH) and Exeter (BOAT FEST WEST). Each event promises to be a fun and enjoyable event for all boating, watersports and adventure enthusiasts, with a variety of boats on display along side exhibitors related to watersports, holidays, equipment, chandlery and much more, with lots of refreshments also on offer

BOAT FEST SOUTH comprises a land based Boating & Watersports Festival at Lakeside North Harbour, plus on-water displays and lots of restaurants nearby at Port Solent Marina. You’ll find free parking next to the Show at Lakeside North Harbour and a complimentary 5-minute shuttle bus will be taking visitors between Lakeside and Port Solent. The show opening times are 11am – 6pm on Saturday and 10am – 5pm on Sunday.

You’ll find RBS Marine on the water (Berths M01 and R01 inside the marina) with two lovely Rodman boats – the new Rodman 790 Ventura SD and the ever popular Rodman Spirit 31 Outboard.

The Rodman 790 Ventura SD is the ideal entry level boat for couples or families who want to enjoy all that boating has to offer – from watersports to overnight stays, dining at anchor to a spot of fishing, this user friendly boat can do it all, and is the ideal boat to ‘dip your toe’ into the exhilarating waters of boat ownership. Equally, it can be a great step down for those who may no longer need a larger boat, or those returning to boating after a break.

Features include a cabin with V-seating convertible to double berth, a galley unit , sun bathing cushions on the bow and a separate heads compartment. The boat on display at the show is in stock and will be available for immediate delivery following the event if you are wanting a boat to enjoy for the 2026 season, and beyond!

The Rodman Spirit 31 Outboard is also a versatile boat, offering that bit more space for more guests and a higher level of comfort for longer periods aboard. The unique sliding transom seating allows for easy access off both sides of the transom, as well as to close off the cockpit when at sea. The outboard version has two double berth cabins and a spacious heads compartment with shower. The Rodman Spirit 31 is also available with inboard engines.
